Manchester United is reportedly set for a significant squad overhaul as they target new signings this summer.
According to Il Messaggero, the club is preparing offers for two prominent players from AS Roma. Ivorian defender Evan Ndicka and French midfielder Manu Koné are both in the sights of the Red Devils, with a combined offer of €80 million expected to be made.
Roma is under pressure to sell their top stars to balance their finances and comply with FIFA regulations. This scenario makes it likely that the Serie A side will accept Manchester United’s proposed bid.
This season, Ndicka has played 38 matches for Roma, scoring five goals. His market value is currently estimated at €35 million by Transfermarkt. Meanwhile, Koné has made 34 appearances, contributing two goals and two assists, and is valued at €50 million.
