Betsson Group hosted a Fiesta Night-themed summer party for employees in Malta, bringing together staff for an evening of music, entertainment, food and social activities.
The event was designed around the atmosphere of a traditional fiesta, with colleagues taking part in DJ-led entertainment, dancing, games and interactive activities.
Food stalls, photo areas and dedicated relaxation spaces were set up throughout the venue, giving employees opportunities to socialise outside the workplace.
According to Betsson, the gathering was intended to celebrate the company’s workforce and workplace culture at the start of the summer season.
The operator shared photographs from the event on social media, showing employees participating in activities throughout the evening.
“Most importantly, it was a celebration of the people, culture, and sense of community that make Betsson Group the employer of choice,” the company said.
Malta remains one of Betsson’s largest operational hubs, housing a substantial part of the group’s workforce across technology, product, marketing and corporate functions. Employee events have become a regular part of the company’s internal engagement programme alongside recruitment, training and workplace initiatives.
