Ajax Amsterdam has enhanced its roster with the addition of Moroccan left-back Fouad Zahouani, as confirmed by the club’s official announcement on their X social media page.
The 20-year-old player has signed a contract that will keep him at Ajax until 2029. The transfer fee for Zahouani is reported to be 500,000 euros. He previously played for Moroccan club Union Touraga, where he had been since 2024, featuring in 24 matches, scoring once and providing one assist.
In addition to his club experience, Zahouani has also earned a cap for the Moroccan national team. His current market value is estimated at 1.2 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.
