Omar Abdulkadir Artan, the Somali referee, has successfully obtained his visa to officiate at the upcoming World Cup. This news comes as a significant relief after he faced delays due to visa issues.

According to journalist Micky Jnr, Abdulkadir Artan received his visa on Thursday morning. He is now cleared to travel to the United States, where the World Cup will be hosted alongside Canada and Mexico starting in June.

Abdulkadir Artan is expected to join his fellow African referees, who arrived in the United States a few days earlier. The tournament is set to kick off on June 11.
