Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku is poised for a club switch following the conclusion of the World Cup, as reported by insider Nicolò Schira. Despite having a contract with Napoli that extends until 2027, Lukaku is eager for a new challenge in his career.

Napoli’s management appears to be prepared to part ways with the player, setting a transfer fee of just €10 million. His annual salary at the Italian club stands at €8 million, making his departure financially advantageous for Napoli’s wage structure.

Interest in the experienced forward has already been expressed by clubs from Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Given Lukaku’s scoring ability and high profile, a competition for his signature is anticipated to commence immediately after the World Cup.

This season, Lukaku has featured in just seven matches for Napoli, netting only one goal during a Serie A encounter against Verona.
