Stephan Loboue, the former Ivory Coast international goalkeeper, has been appointed as the goalkeeping coach for the Angola national football team. This announcement comes as Loboue joins the coaching staff working under new head coach Aliou Cisse.
Cisse, who was recently appointed to manage the Palancas Negras, will be collaborating with Loboue to enhance the team’s performance. The addition of Loboue to the coaching team is expected to bring valuable experience and insight to the Angolan squad.
Prior to his role in Angola, Loboue has held various coaching positions, including stints as the goalkeeping coach for the national team of Mali, as well as clubs such as FC Schalke 04 and Raja Casablanca. His diverse background is anticipated to benefit the development of Angola’s goalkeepers and strengthen the team’s overall strategy.
