Mercedes-Benz has reportedly initiated legal proceedings against soccer player Victor Osimhen over a dispute related to a car rental agreement made during his tenure at Napoli.
According to Italian media sources, this issue stems from 2023, when Osimhen allegedly leased a Mercedes GLE hybrid SUV. Reports from Il Giorno indicate that the dispute revolves around claims that the striker did not fulfill the financial obligations outlined in the leasing contract.
It is claimed that unpaid instalments have accumulated to nearly €90,000 throughout the duration of the agreement. Additionally, the complaint states that the vehicle was not returned following the expiration of the lease period.
