During a recent podcast hosted by football legend Romário, Xavi, aged 46, addressed the possibility of taking charge of Brazil’s national squad. He expressed enthusiasm about the prospect, stating that he would be delighted to coach the Seleção.

Xavi remarked on Brazil’s significance in the sport, saying,

Brazil is the cradle of football,”

further highlighting his admiration for the nation’s football legacy.

Currently, Xavi finds himself as a free agent after leaving Barcelona in 2024, where he managed his boyhood club for a total of 143 matches, achieving 91 wins, 23 draws, and 29 defeats.
