The Senegalese national team has gathered in Dakar to begin preparations for the 2026 World Cup. Pape Thiaw’s initial roster has undergone adjustments following Diouf’s absence, necessitating the inclusion of Sy, who will fill in on a temporary basis.
As part of their international break in June, Senegal will compete against the United States and Saudi Arabia prior to the start of their World Cup campaign.
