According to reporter David Lynch, Andoni Iraola is set to travel to Merseyside on Thursday morning to finalise the agreement to become the next Liverpool head coach.
Some finishing touches are left to be made before Iraola puts pen to paper on a two-year contract with the Reds.
The Basque coach is likely to officially become the Liverpool boss on July 1, after his contract with Bournemouth expires.
Iraola is expected to be joined by the coaching staff he has worked with at his previous club, including assistant coaches Tommy Elphick and Shaun Cooper. However, they remain under contract at Bournemouth, so compensation must be agreed.
