Azerbaijan’s Qarabag football club has confirmed an agreement to sign Mozambican defender Bruno Langa from Spanish side UD Almería. Langa’s arrival is intended to bolster the team’s options at left-back ahead of the upcoming season.
This transfer was reported by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who stated that the deal has been finalized for the 26-year-old to join the Azerbaijani champions.
Bruno Langa had recently made a permanent move to Almería after initially joining the club on loan during the January transfer window. The defender’s performances during his loan spell were impressive enough to secure him a four-year contract with the Spanish team.
Despite securing a long-term deal in Spain, the Mozambican international is now set to embark on a new challenge with Qarabag.
