Real Madrid is reportedly keeping a close eye on the situation involving Manchester City striker Erling Haaland and may intensify their efforts to acquire the Norwegian forward following Pep Guardiola’s recent departure from the club.

As reported by The Sun, the management team at Real Madrid is poised to act on any indications that one of the world’s top forwards is contemplating a move. It has emerged that prior to Guardiola’s exit being made public, Haaland had already shown signs of dissatisfaction with his role at Manchester City.

However, a potential transfer remains complicated. Haaland signed a long-term contract with Manchester City in January 2025, which keeps him tied to the club until 2034. Nonetheless, sources in Spain suggest that a change in management could significantly influence the striker’s future decisions.
