Brazil national team head coach Carlo Ancelotti is planning to give Neymar significant playing time in the upcoming third-round group stage match of the 2026 World Cup against Scotland.

As reported by The Touchline, the Italian manager considers the 34-year-old forward fully fit following his recovery. Neymar is expected to step in for Raphinha, who has been ruled out due to a right thigh muscle injury.

Ancelotti believes Neymar can effectively fulfill the role previously occupied by Raphinha in the starting lineup. The Seleção head coach is confident that the experienced star will enhance the team’s attacking capabilities.
