In the video, Ronaldo, holding his award, speaks to his fans, teammates, and coaches who have been instrumental in his career.
“I’d like to thank Liga Portugal for this award, being named the best player of all time. It is a great honour to win this for my country. I want to thank all my teammates who have helped me throughout my career to earn this wonderful trophy, along with all the coaches and everyone who has supported me in my journey of continuous improvement. Thank you all so much,” he stated.
Ronaldo is often recognized as one of the greatest footballers ever, alongside legends such as Pelé, Maradona, and Messi.
